Narayan Kalp Sadhana

In the modern age there is not a single person who is not afflicted by one physical problem or the other. Today eating habits, living conditions are not proper and hence even the children are not spared from being afflicted by ailments. Event doctors fail in many cases to correctly diagnose and cure many problems. In such very cases the following Sadhana proves miraculously efficacious.

The focus of the universe is man. We cannot deny that man is most evolved among all creatures. Science and spiritualism are both directed at making more happy, comfortable and joyous. Although science has made great progress and it tries its best to make life as easy as possible, although it has provided man with amazing contraptions that are meant to ease up things in daily life, but can we say that man is really happy today? Is he perfectly healthy and really joyous? Has science been able to cure all diseases and bestow perfect health to human beings? Has it been able to free man of pain and problems of life? Has it been able to find solutions to his tensions and worries?

The answer to all this is - No !

Science cannot bring true joy. It cannot bring about complete physical transformation and make one perfectly healthy. This is possible only through spiritualism. And through years of strict Tapa the great the great Rishis and Yogis devised amazing Sadhanas through which all ailments could be banished for ever. But the unfortunate thing is that although we are able to obtain these Sadhanas easily, we do not realize their power and value.

There is not one single problem in human life. There could be more than one disease, more than one problem. In family life there are constant worries and tensions and obstacles. These hinder one's progress and due to them human life seems useless.

Till a person is not disease free and tension free he cannot be perfectly healthy. Disease does not mean only a cold or cancer or fever. Even tensions and worries are no less than ailments. Till a person is not fully robust he cannot succeed in life and attain to totality.

According to astrology there are a few planets which are very malefic and due to their evil influence one becomes seriously ill. Then a person could try his best and get the best medical help, he cannot become healthy again.

Hi might spend lakhs of Rupees he cannot buy back his lost health. In such cases all systems of medicine like Homeopathy, Allopathy and even Ayurved fail. Then one only prays for death, for the pain and sufferings becomes intolerable. The fear of death looms large over one's life due to which one is forced to lead a sad existence. And this fear forces one towards untimely death.

If a person could just find some time from his busy life and chant some powerful Mantra then due to the energy thus generated he could become healthy and disease free and leaf a happy life. But today one is always caught in the blind race of materialism and due to tensions of life one always feels unhealthy. The constant worries make a person diseased.

Today science has the cure for most of the ailments but not all. Before many diseases it has to accept defeat. It is where science fails that spiritualism comes into play. Spiritual knowledge is the basic knowledge that could make life more comfortable and happy. Spiritual knowledge means being linked to the Divine through the means of Mantras. And through Mantras anything is possible.

The physical weakness and physical deformity can destroy one's personality. Every person in this world needs divine energy in order to make his personality more attractive, more magnetic and more healthy.

Man feels very much disturbed on observing wrinkles on his face, dark circles under his eyes and his greying hair. Today everyone feelds he or she is aging prematurely. There are three phases of human life - childhood, youth and old age.

Every person has to go through these three stages. But when one sees signs of aging and growing old one panics and one starts to feel that death is near.

Is it possible to transform old age into radiant youth? Is it not possible to regain lost health? Is it not possible to be totally free of fear of death? These questions are bound to arise in the minds of all.

Everyone wishes to remain youthful forever. Everyone wishes to have the taste of true joy. Because if there is no joy, youthfulness and enthusiasm in life then it would be dull and boring.

The great Rishi and Ayurved expert, Dhanavantari, once said - One can transform old age into youth. One can make the body look youthful again through Kaya Kalp (phycial alchemy).  Through Narayan Kalp every person can become youthful and attain success in regaining lost health. This is truly the most wonderful Sadhana.

Narayan Kalp Sadhana is a process through which the old, disease ridden physique can be transformed into beautiful, attractive and youthful one. Through Mantra chanting a wonderful transformation could be brought about.

But one needs patience and devotion to make this happen. One needs full faith towards the Mantra and its powers. One needs to have a firm belief that it will work.

Through Mantra chanting in Narayan Kalp a divine resonance is produced which instils into the heart, soul and physique a rejuvenating energy.

This Mantra chanting helps form a link to the deity of the Sadhana through whose powers the person becomes disease free and his physique gets totally transformed. He becomes perfectly healthy and youthful again.

Doubts, sorrows, pain, tensions, obstacles and fears in life are the root cause of all ailments. Due to these negative forces a person starts to look old and unhealthy. Till the disease is not uprooted the person cannot become healthy. But one can become totally disease free, fearless and healthy only through Mantra chanting.

Mantra and the Sadhanas have great power. And this power has a definite effect on the heart and mind of the ailing person. Due to this the ailing individual feels charged with energy and after some time he starts to look really healthy, handsome and youthful.

It is when a person becomes totally frustrated and hopeless that he seeks the help of the Lord. He prays to the Supreme to make his life happy and comfortable. But there is always a doubt in the mind whether or not the Lord shall listen.

But this is perfectly true if a Sadhana or worship is accomplished according to the given instructions then it surely bears fruit. One very powerful Sadhana is Narayan Kalp through which the wish of getting healthy and disease free is surely fulfilled.

And once this happens the Sadhak becomes really handsome and youthful. He looks more happy and joyous than others. He becomes a completely transformed man physically.

For Sadhana one needs Narayan Yantra, Narayan Chakra & Yellow Hakeek rosary.

One can try this Sadhana on a Tuesday or on any auspicious day in morning or at night. A day before get two leaves from the Ashok tree. Wash them and place them in a sacred place. On the designated day have a bath and wear yellow clothes.

Sit on a yellow mat. Cover a wooden seat with a yellow cloth. With vermilion write Om on it. Over it place a Narayan Yantra. On the leaves draw a Swastik each, with a paste of turmeric powder.

Place the two leaves over the Yantra. Over them place Narayan Chakra. Offer yellow flowers and rice grains dyed yellow on the Yantra.

Then chant the following Mantra meditating on the form of Lord Narayana.

Udhyat Pradhyotan Shat Ruchim Tapt Hemaavadaabham,
Paarshva Dwandwajaladhi Sutayaa Vishva Dhaatryaa Cha Justham

Naanaa Tatnollasit Vividhaakalpamaa-peet Vastram
Vishnum Vande Dar Kamal-Koumadiki Chakra Paannim.

Thus chanting the above verse speak out your wish to Lord Narayan. Then with a yello Hakeek rosary chant 5 rounds of this Mantra.

Om Nam Nrinaay Kaayaakalp Poornnatva Soundarya Praaptaye Phat

Repeat this Sadhana for four cosecutive Tuesdays with the same articles but different leaves. After Sadhana tie the articles in a yellow cloth and drop the bundle in a river or pond.

Sadhana : The Right Way

Every Sadhak tries his best to accomplish daily worship and use special Mantra rituals. But every Sadhana has a particular procedure and every deity or the Guru is worshipped in a particular manner. Presenting some important rules is this wonderfully enlightening article.

In every Sadhana, Upchaar or special worship of deity has an important place. Upchaar eans devotedly making some offerings to deity in order to win his or her grace.

There is no fixed rule for Upchaar but including this worship procedure in Sadhana assures quicker success. There are different types of Upchaars ranging from Ekopchaar to Sahastropachar. Our article shall focus only on Shodashopchaar, Dashopchaar and Panchopchaar forms of worship in which 16,10 and 5 articles are offered respectively. In each age, forms of worship have been different but in the present age of hustle and bustle performing a Sadhana itself is a great fortunate achievement and the shorter the procedure the better.

It is best to do Shodashopchaar worship in which 16 articles are offered but in daily Sadhana Panchopchaar worship would suffice and in it five articles namely fragrance, flowers, incense, ghee lamp and sweets are offered.

Shodashopchaar
This includes 1. Aavaahan 2. Aasan 3. Paadya 4. Arghya 5. Aachamaniya 6. Snaan 7. Vastra 8. Madhupark 9. Tilak 10. Akshat 11. Pushp 12. Dhoop 13. Deep 14. Neivedya 15. Taambool 16. Naariyal

Aavaahan
Many do not count this in the procedure and instead just offer prayers to the deity. It means inviting the deity concerned to come and bless Sadhak. For this hands are joined and the following Mantra is chanted.

Aavaahayaami Devesh Sarvashakti Shakti Samanvite, Naaraaynnaay Bhadraay Gururoopaayate Namah. Guru Brhama Gur Vishnuh Gurudevo Maheshwarah. Guru Saakshaat Parabrahma Tasmei Shree Gurave Naah.

Aasan
A worship mat is used in order to ake the physical body free of ailments, the soul pure and gain divine powers. Basically a mat acts as a bad conductor and does not allow energy of Mantra chanting fro being earthed. Torn, burnt and used mats are prohibited. Deer skin, tiger skin, grass, silk, cotton and wood mats are best. Deer skin for gain of knowldge, tiger skin for spiritual progress and wealth and wool for riddance from sorrows and poverty are prescribed. Deities are offered a mat of flowers and then the following Mantra is chanted.

Ramyam Shubhanam Divyam Sarva Soukhakaram Shubham. Aasanam Cha Mayaa Grihaann Parameshwar.

Paadya
Offering water in the feet of deity is called Paadya. For this two spoonfuls of water is offered chanting thus.

Yad Bhakti Lesh Samparkat Paramaanand Sambhavah, Tasmei Te Parameshaan Paadya Shuddhaay Kalpaye Arghya

Water offered to deities for washing their hands is called Arghya. Mix flowers and fragrance in water in a tumbler. Offer chanting thus.

Arghyam Grihaann Devesh Gandh Pushpaakshateih Sah. Karunnaam Kuru Me Dev! Grihaannarghya Namastu Te.

Aachamaniya
Water offered to deity for rinsing the mouth is called Aachamaniya. Offer water chanting -

Sarva Teerth Samaaneetaam Sugandhim Nirmalam Jalam. Aachamyataam Mayaadattam Grihaann Parameshwar.

Snaan
All  deities are present in the ocean of knowledge, still three spoonfuls of water is offered as mark of respect for a bath.

Gangaa Saraswatee Revaa Payoshanni Narmadaajaleih. Snaapitosi Mayaa Dev Tathaa Shaantim Kurushnna Me

Vastra
Clean & new clothes are offered. Offering old, torn clothes leads to losses. Mouli (holy red thread) can be offered instead chanting thus.

Sarva Bhooshaadi Ke Soumye Lok Lajjaanivaaranne. Mayopapaadite Tubhyam Grihaan. Parameshwar.

Tilak
For riddance from sins, afflictions and misfortune a mark is made on the forehead of the deity. Sandalwood paste is best otherwise Ashtagandh, Gorochan, samphor, saffron and musk can also be used. Mantra -

Shree Khaad Chandanam Divyam Gandhaaddyam Sumanoharam. Vilepanam Sursheshtth Chadanam Pratigrihyaataam.

Akshat
Akshat means unbroken rice grains which are offered to gain wealth and prosperity. Mix with vermilion and offer them chanting thus.

Akshataashcha Surshreshtth Kumkumaaktaah Sushobhitaah. Maayaa Niveditaa Bhaktyaa Grihaann Parameshwar.

Pushp
Offer flowers to the deity for comforts, good luck and health chanting thus

Maalyaadeeni Sugandheeni Maalatyaadeeni Veiprabho. Mayopaneetaani Pushpaanni Grihaann Paraeshwar.

Dhoop
Offer incense made from choicest and most fragrant herbs to the deity chanting thus.

Vaaspati Rasobhootah Gandhaadyah Sumanoharah. Aaghreyah Sarvasevaanaam Dhoopoyam Pratigrihayataam.

Deep
Lighting a lamp before a deity signifies dispelling of darkness of ignorance from the Sadhak's life. Mantra-

Suprakaasho Mahaadeepah Sarvatah Timiraapahaah. Sa Baahyaamyaram Jyotih Deepoyam Pratigrihyataam.

Neivedya
Neivedya means elixir. While offering sweets or food articles chant thus.

Neivedyam Grihyataam Dev Bhaktim Me Hychalaam Kuru. Eepsitam Me Varam Dehi, Sarvasoubhaagya Kaarakam.

Taambool
Offer a betel nut containing betel nuts, cloves and cardamom. A betel leaf is symbolic of the six-teen Kalas or divine virtues. Mantra-

Poongifalam Mahad Divyam Naagvalee-rdaleirutam. Elaadi Choornna Sanyuktam Taamboolam Pratigrihyataam.

Neeranjan Aarati
Sing the Aarti (special hymn) of the diety whom you are worshipping. For Aarti use a lamp with one or five wicks. Mantra

Aanand Mantra Makaraandam Anant Gandh Yogineedndraa Susthir Malindam Apaastabandham Vedaant Karannek Vikaash-sheelam Naaraaynnasya Charannambuj.

With this the worship is over. If one is not able to do Shodashopchaar worship one should do Panchopachaar worship while chanting the Mantra with full devotion.

One should daily offer prayers to one's deity and Guru.

Faith & God

An atheist Professor of philosophy speaks to his class on the problem science has with God, The Almighty.
He asks one of his new Students to stand and.....

Prof: So you believe in God?
Student: Absolutely, sir.

Prof : Is God good?
Student: Sure.

Prof: Is God all-powerful?
Student : Yes.

Prof: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to God to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But God didn't. How is this God good then? Hmm? (Student is silent.)

Prof: You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fella. Is God good?
Student: Yes.

Prof: Is Satan good?
Student : No.

Prof: Where does Satan come from?
Student: From...God....

Prof: That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
Student: Yes.

Prof: Evil is everywhere, isn't it? And God did make everything. Correct?
Student: Yes.

Prof: So who created evil?
(Student does not answer.)

Prof: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don't they?
Student: Yes, sir.

Prof: So, who created them?
(Student has no answer.)
Prof: Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the world around you.
Tell me, son...Have you ever seen God?
Student: No, sir.

Prof: Tell us if you have ever heard your God?
Student: No, sir.

Prof: Have you ever felt your God, tasted your God, smelt your God? Have you ever had any sensory perception of God for that matter?
Student: No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.

Prof: Yet you still believe in Him?
Student: Yes.

Prof: According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your GOD doesn't exist.
What do you say to that, son?
Student: Nothing. I only have my faith.

Prof: Yes. Faith. And that is the problem science has.

Student: Professor, is there such a thing as heat?
Prof: Yes.

Student: And is there such a thing as cold?
Prof: Yes.

Student: No sir. There isn't.
(The lecture theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events.)
Student : Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat.
But we don't have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can't go any further after that.
There is no such thing as cold . Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat . We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy . Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it . (There is pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre.)

Student: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?
Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?

Student : You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright
light, flashing light....But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it? In reality, darkness isn't. If it were you would be able to make
darkness darker, wouldn't you?
Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?

Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.
Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can't even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one.To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it.
Now tell me, Professor. Do you teach your Students that they evolved from a monkey?

Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.
Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?
(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)

Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher? (The class is in uproar.)

Student: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?
(The class breaks out into laughter.)
Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain, sir.
With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?
(The room is silent. The Professor stares at the Student, his face unfathomable.)

Prof: I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.
Student: That is it sir.... The link between man & god is FAITH . That is all that keeps things moving & alive.

The Eight Divine Powers

Anima
A person who succeeds in identifying his physical form with that of the Lord gains Anima Siddhi. All matter in this universe is made of atoms. The soul within the human body is made of very highly vibrating energy and hence it remains invisible. It is only through insight that the soul can be identified. And the Supreme too is nothing but this energy. Hence when the mind concentrates on the Supreme a person gains Anima Siddhi or the power to make one's body smaller than an atom.

Mahima
When a person is able to concentrate all his thoughts on the Supreme he gains this power through which the physical body can be made huge as a mountain. For gaining this power one must contemplate on the form of the Lord that is made of the five elements.Thoughts are said to be the first manifestation even before matter existed. Vedas call thoughts Hiranyagarbh and the Purans call them Brahm. Concentrating the thoughts helps one gain the power of Mahima. In the battle of Kurukshetra Lord Krishan had manifested his Viraat or universe form before Arjun and he had used this very power in the process.

Laghima
In it too one contemplate on the five elements that constitute all matter. Through this power a Yogi can assume any form. The gods and goddesses of the Hindus are said to possess such powers. In our country even rivers, mountains and places are worshiped  as deities. Thus the Himalayas, the rivers like Ganga and Yamuna are all deities who have assumed such forms due to all deities who have assumed such forms due their divine powers. They can any time manifest in human or their divine forms. On gaining this power an individual can assume any form. He can become omnipresent like the air, he can be at any place in a trice and he can even become invisible. Or if he so wishes he can assume a number of forms at the same time. Lord Krishna use this very power when he danced in a different form with every Gopi(maiden).

Praapti
This power is related to the senses. The ancient texts have focused a lot on the Sadhanas through which this power can be gained. When all the senses are concentrated and their energy is directed towards the Supreme then one gains this power. Through this accomplishment a person can transport any object placed anywhere in the universe to where he wants to be. This power is different from Pret Sadhana in which a spirit's help is sought for this purpose and Surya Siddhant in which one object can be transported into another using the rays of the sun. In the year 1987, Poojyapaad Sadgurudev Dr. Naryan Dutt Shrimali had left those present amazed when he produced out of thin air the dairy of a visiting disciple which he had mistakenly left behind home in London. When a Yogi uses this power he does it through his astral body which can travel millions of miles in less than a second while the physical body stays put and he can thus transfer objects from one place to another. In other words through his power even impossible looking tasks can be easily accomplished.

Prakaataya
Through this power one can view any world and plane of existence when one so wishes. To gain this power all one's thoughts are to be concentrated. And when this happens then one can be easily have glimpse of the Supreme.Swami Vivekananda noticed that his Guru Ramakrishna Paramhans had such power. Even a new Sadhak can have the experience of visualising the forms of deities in a state of deep trance. When one enters into meditation all gods, goddesses and etheral being like Yakshas, Kinnars and Gandharvas start to manifest. One can then see them and one can even see great Yogis who live on a different plane. This in fact is the way of having a glimpse of  of the Supreme and all deities.

Eeshitaa
Through this power one can control the Maya energy. One then gains the power to create and destroy at will. One has to contemplate on the form of Lord Vishnu in order to gain any form. A Yogi with this power can gain any form. In the form of a god he can visit heaven or in the form of a Yaksha he can travel to any place in the universe or in the form of a human he can live on earth.

Vashita
When one gains this power one becomes free of infatuation and one rather starts to love all creatures due to which all become captivated by one's presence. For this one has to enter into a trance and meditate on the form of Lord Narayan. In the state of trance the person is raised to the highest level of consciousness. In such a state not just the living creatures rather even the non living world comes under one's control. Even a lion turns into a tame cat in the presence of such a Yogi. If the person so wills he can even move a mountain through his thoughts. By just looking at objects a Yogi can move inanimate objects. Many aghoris have such power with the help of which they can rule over the nature. They can even change seasons, for at their command the clouds start to rain.

Prakaamya
One has to worship the formless Brahm for gaining this power. Through it all one's wishes are fulfilled and no wish is then left. Then one attains moksha or freedom fro the continuous cycle of birth and death. Till there are unfulfilled wishes a person has to keep taking birth. But as soon as all wishes are fulfilled the cycle of birth and death stops and one becomes free.

Appeasing Lord Saturn - Shani Sadhana

If there is anything that the knowledgeable of astrology fear most it is the Dasa or the period of Saturn. And no wonder, for even if Saturn is a benefic in one's horoscope, it does show some of its natural ill effects during the Dasa.

And if by chance it is a malefic in the horoscope then it could simply unbalance life and make one go through unimaginable and unforeseeable trials and tribulations during this nineteen year long period.

However it is not a lost case altogether if you are currently in the Dasa of Shani (Saturn period).

There are so many popular ways to make Saturn favourable. Many believe that there is no cure for it. Others resort to rituals through priests which could or could not work. Some believe that wearing iron rings or  stones or giving away black cloth and mustard oil on Saturdays could negate the effect. Not that these methods are futile but the best way to counter the fury of Saturn is a Sadhana as prescribed by our Rishi.

Through these Sadhanas devised by the great Yogis, who were master astrologers as well, one could not just nullify Saturn's negative effect but also make it favourable so that it could benefic results in its Dasa. And know it that once one has appeased Saturn there there is no looking back for the person in terms of success and fame earned.

Saturn also rules over professionals like engineering, medicine, politics, police and army, explosives and industry. So any one related to these fields could also try Saturn Sadhana for more success.

Presented here is a wonderful Saturn Sadhana that has been tried with amazing results by Sadhaks over the ages. Lord Krishna himself made Arjun accomplish this Sadhana before the start of Mahabharat war and no wonder Arujun  remained invincible in the battle.

Try this Sadhana on any Saturday. It has to be repeated on three consecutive Saturdays.

In the night of a Satuday after 10pm have a bath and wear black clothes. Sit in a black mat or blanket facing the South.

Cover a wooden seat with a black cloth and on it make a mound of black sesame seeds. On the mound place        the Shani Yantra.

Then contemplate on the form of Lord Saturn chanting the following verse.

Om Shanno Deveerabhishtaya Aapo Bhavantu Peetaye Shanyorabhistrabhavantu Nah

After this make a mark of saffron on the Yantra and light a mustard oil lamp. Then pray to lord Saturn to free you of all obstacles, fears, problems, pains and afflictions. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra and pray to the Guru for success in the Sadhana.

Then with a Black Hakeek Rosary chant eleven rounds of the following Mantra.

Om Sham Shaneishcharaay Namah

Repeat this Sadhana on three consecutive Saturdays. Before Sadhana on each Saturday during the day give away black sesame seeds, black cloth, iron made objects and black lentils as gifts to a poor needy person.

After Sadhana drop the Sadhana articles in a river or pond. This is a very powerful and one of the best Sadhanas for appeasing Saturn and through it sure enough one could gain blessings and benefic effects of Saturday and achieve remarkable success even during the Dasa of the naturally malefic planet.

Guiding Torch for Disciples

For the Sadguru there is nothing like good or bad. For him the most important thing is the disciple and one who becomes a disciple can never remain away from Guru. Can a shadow ever separate from the body? A true disciple is like a shadow of the Guru.

There is nothing great in sacrificing oneself. Greatness lies in facing the world and a true disciple stands up against the whole social structure, if need be, to propagate the knowledge of his Guru.

After reaching the Guru the only duty of disciples is to follow the path shown by the Guru with full faith and devotion. He should follow the directions given by the Guru in his daily life.

Whenever he gets the time a disciple should go the Guru and seek his guidance. Just a glimpse of the master can change the fortune of the disciple. Hence a disciple should be in constant touch with the Guru.

If one wants to do Sadhana one should take the Mantra from the Guru only. One should not divide one's devotion with the Guru. There can be only one Guru in one's life.

One should avoid gossiping and concentrate one's thoughts on the Guru when one is free. It is a waste of time to criticise others and such activities only tend to destroy the good effect of one's Sadhanas.

Depending on the type of task sometimes a Guru assigns a particular work to particular disciples. Other disciples should not feel that they are being ignored. For a Guru all disciples are equal. Can a mother love one son more than the other? In fact a mother has to take extra care of her weaker and naughtier children for they need more guidance. A Guru too loves all disciples equally.

A disciple may have been with the Guru for twenty years or merely twenty days, but for the Guru everyone is equal. A new disciple should surely give respect and regard to older disciples but he should devote himself only in the feet of the Guru.

For a true disciple the Guru is his world. If a person befriends a king then why should he care for the good will of lower officials? Hence a true disciple devotes himself only to the Guru.

If a disciple calls out with devotion his voice surely reaches the Guru no matter where he is. there can be no doubt about this for a disciple is linked to the soul of the Guru.

Magnetic Persona

Personality is a strange word. None would debate the point that it is a strong personality that can take one to the highest echelon of success. But what does one mean by a strong personality?

Does it mean being six foot tall? Does it mean being handsome and physically attractive? Or does it mean being rich and affluent? Without doubt beauty, looks and wealth are forces to reckon with but it is also a fact that personality is something more than all these. Mahatma Gandhi was hardly five foot five inches tall and weighed not ore than forty five kgs and yet he had the entire British regime in India on its toes. Napoleon was a pygmy when compared with his generals and yet the authority the he commanded sent shivers through the worst brave man.

So it is not necessary to be physically beautiful to posses a strong persona. Lord Krishna was said to be dark complexioned and yet the magnetic attraction that one felt in his presence was something beyond this world.

To succeed in this word it is necessary to posses a magnetic and attractive persona. you might not be born with this virtue but through the power of Mantras you could instill a divinity in yourself that could make others feel overawed in your presence. The divine energy in Mantra could instil a unique confidence and raidance in you making you star of every gathering and the center of attraction everywhere.

Presented here is a Sadhana based on a very such Mantra that is powerful and unfailing. In fact this Sadhana was devised by Guru Sandeepan and given to Lord Krishna. It was by virtue of this Mantra that Lord Krishna was able to virtually hypnotise and influence everyone who came into his contact. Whatever field you are in, this Sadhana could come in handy for it could fill you with charm and magnetism and endow you with a divine persona that could not just steal young hearts but also overawe all and sundry.

In the night of a Friday after 10PM, have a bath and wear fresh yellow clothes. Sit facing North on a yellow worship mat. Cover a wooden seat with yellow cloth and on it in a Copper plate place a Sammohan Vashikaran Yantra. then worship the Yantra with vermilion, rose petals and rice grains. Light ghee lamp. There after chant 11 rounds of the following Mantra with Sammohan Rosary.

Om Sudarshanaay Vidmahe Mahaajwaalaay Dheemahi Tannashchakrah Prachodayaat.

This a very powerfull Sadhana and withing three four days its effect would manifest and from the changing attitude of people around, you could know that the Mantra is working its charm. Repeat this Sadhana for six consecutive Fridays for best results.

Shree Yantra

Shree Yantra is the favorite of Lakshmi, Goddess of wealth and prosperity. Where this Yantra is placed there can be no dearth of wealth.

All the Rishis, Yogis and great souls have accepted unanimously that this Yantra is capable of attracting wealth. Lakshmi may not be easily won over by any other means but just placing this Yantra at home pleases Her and She promptly bestows wealth, prosperity, comfort and success on the Sadhak. Where this Yantra is placed there can be no poverty. This Yantra is also unique for riddance from debts.

According to the sage Bhardwaj this Yantra is simply wonderful and capable of bestowing totality in life specially if it is made of metal and is Mantra energized and consecrated.

Shree Yantra contains a very mystic inscription which is made of seven triangles. Around the center triangle is a octagon around which is a decagon and finally a figure with fourteen sides.

The text Yantra Gyaan states -
Chaturbhih Shivchakre Shakti Chakre Panchabhih.
Nav chakre Sansiddham Shree Chakram Shivayorvapuh.

Around the Shree Chakra three boundaries are drawn are drawn which are symbolic of three energies. Under it is sixteen petalled lotus inside which is an eight petaled lotus. In it are fourteen triangles that are symbolic of fourteen energies. In it can be clearly seen ten triangles which denote ten symbols of prosperity.

In it are eight triangles which are symbolic of eight goddesses. In it is a triangle denoting Lakshmi. In this triangle is a spot which symbolizes Goddess Bhagwati. A Sadhak when worshiping this Yantra should concentrate on this spot and project an image of goddess Lakshmi seated on a lion at this spot.

Shree Yantra symbolizes a total of 2816 energies or Goddesses and worshiping this Yantra means worshiping all these energies.

There are available hundreds of texts related to this Yantra. And not just the Indian texts rather the western scholars have praised this Yantra highly. The western scholar Woodruff has said - The more I tried to unravel the mystery of this Yantra the more I got entangled in it.

Such is the formation of this Yantra that it automatically becomes divine and energised. Each boundary and triangle in it is so related to the other that it forms a very strong mystic force that without doubt brings success. One who has this Yantra is a really fortunate, famous and great man.

The sage Kannad said that if one has a Shree Yantra which is Mantra energised then one need not try any other Sadhana or ritual on it. Such a Yantra is itself divine and it starts to bring positive results and effect if it is placed at home. An incense when lit sends its fragrance in all directions without discrimination. Similarly wherever this Yantra is placed at home it starts to produce wonderful results.

Shakti : Divine Energy

Only after comprehending the secret of divine energy, Shakti, can one gain this power. Without Divine Energy or power life is useless. Only when the divine energy present within awakened a human becomes a superhuman.

The very basis of life is energy and without energy life becomes stagnant. Both the living and non living are forms of energy but at different levels of vibrance.

Material and spiritual lives are not different rather they are part of a total and complete existence. Just as energy is infinite in the universe, similarly its forms too are infinite. Even though most of us are oblivious of the importance of energy in life we do worship energy in the form of Shakti or the Supreme Goddess. Without energy no task can be accomplished. The chief aim of every person's life is to become powerful and this goal of reaching the top can be accomplished only through energy.

The modern material science also considers material energy to be the basis of activities of the world. Energy takes various forms in the world and thus gives rise to very amazing world. Even the naturalists have faith in this theory. Einstein even devised formula E=mc2 according to which energy possessed is equal to the product of mass of the body and the square of the velocity of light. Thus more the speed of an object or more the rate of vibration more shall be its energy. But this formula takes into account only physical energy and not conscious energy.

Science is yet to discover the conscious element in energy. Whether a body is in motion of static it does have energy. The energy present in the light or that in fire is not different. when a piece of wood is burnt both heat and light are produced. Similarly all the world is nothing a confluence of energy and it is the eternal game of energy that leads to birth and destruction. Energy is eternal but till it does not have the element of consciousness in it energy remains recumbent or static.

Energy - Indian outlook

According to the Indian view energy is omnipresent and knowledge, intelligence, devotion, kindness, hunger, thirst, radiance, peace are but different forms of this energy. A person who lacs active energy is called weak or powerless. The Divine basically has three forms - Brahma (creation), Vishnu (preservation) and Rudra (destruction). All three are present in every individual but when he lacks any of these he is called Shaktiheen or weak.

The aim of human life is to keep progressing onwards and to be able to so one has the constant need of energy. To procure something and to use it in one's life is possible only through the means of power of energy.

The Indian view contemplates of energy in a feminine from known as Shakti and the texts prescribe the worship of the three forms of Shakti namely Mahasaraswati, Mahalakshmi and Mahakali. The energy of Brahma which is used in creation is called Mahasaraswati. The energy of Vishnu that is used for preservation is called Mahalakshmi and the energy of Lord Rudra that is used for destruction is called Mahakali.

Jagadguru Shankaracharya has written -

Shivah Shaktyaa-yukto Yadi Bhavati Shaktah Prabhvitum.
i.e. Lord Shiva is able to carry out his task only because he is bestowed with his energy. Thus it is clear that the three forms of energy make the three Lords - Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva - capable.

Shakti can be called Maya (which tends to mislead) or she can be called Kundalini (the basic source of energy in every human). Basically Shakti is nature from which everything is born and into which everything shall merge. The basis of all prayers and worship too is Shakti.

Adi Shankaracharya was the worshiper of the formless. Once when he was visiting Varanasi he became plagued by dysentery and became very weak physically. The Goddess Annpoornna had pity on him and assuming the form of a village girl she sat with a heavy pot filled with curd by the road along which Shankar had to pass. When he came along she said to him - Swamiji, please help me with his heavy pot.

Shankaracharya said - I don't have the strength to pick it up for you. the Goddess said - If you had worshiped Shakti you would never have suffered thus. Without worshiping Shakti how can you be energetic?

The words seemed to shake Shankar out of stupor and later he went on to write beautiful verses and hymns relating to Goddess Shakti. This is why the spiritual seats established by Shankaracharya are called Shakti Peeths or divine energy centers. He has written beautiful verses in the hymn related to Bhagwati Dakshinnamurti. He ultimately said - Brahm is nothing but energy and Shakti is nothing but Brahm.

TRUE PEACE

Sage Ved Vyaas was a great scholar and he studied thousands of ancient texts. He has the full knowledge of all Vedas and Upanishads. Not just this he disseminated this knowledge throughout the world. Through medium of Mahabharat he chronicled the events of Dwapar age. Yet i spite of such accomplishments he felt something missing in his life.

He always felt mentally perturbed. One day as he sat on the bank of river Sarswati, he said to himself - I am so nervous, I have studied so many texts and I discourse people, yet I myself cannot find peace. Why?

Just then the divine sage Narad appeared. To him Ved Vyaas related his woe and said to him - Why do I feel so disturbed?

Narad said - You have achieved so much but you made a mistake. You did not try to seek the grace of the Lord. and till you make up for this mistake all your knowledge shall go waste. Ved Vyaas realized the truth and with the permission of his Guru he sought the grace of Lord Krishna and attained totality in life.

So it is very important for a person to have full faith in the Lord and seek blessings of his Guru. Without the Guru there can be no knowledge and without knowledge there cannot be realization of the Supreme.

Just reading texts cannot fill one with peace. It is only when the mind is still that life can be joyous. One should have knowledge, but more important is to egolessly devote oneself in the feet of the Guru. Only thus can true peace be attained.

Master of Mahavidyas

Being born is the most traumatic experience for every creature and in that phenomenal instant a deep fear grips the infant that it has been expelled from the warm, dark recess of a heaven into an open jungle where dangers lurk everywhere around. But soon the warm feeling returns and as it nuzzles up to its mother's blossom its lips greedily start to suck at the source of divine nectar. It's then that it heaves a sigh of relief and known that it is safe in the loving arms of its mother.

Mother or Ma, the word itself spells warms, love, compassion and divinity. In its innocence the child knows that it shall escape the worst of calamities till it has this living epitome of motherly love cuddling it swooning over it.

And even when he grows up, deep down man continues to be a child and whenever ordeals of life become too much to bear he calls out to the Almighty, the Guru. It's in fact the Mother he is yearning for and when the desire intensifies to such a level that all one wants is Her divine love, she manifests in the form of the Ten Mahavidyas - Kali, Bagalamukhi, Tara, Shodashi, Bhuvaneshwari, Kamala, Matangi, Chinnmasta, Tripur Sundari and Dhoomavati. Needless to say these are the motherly manifestations of the formless Divine, the Guru.

To know one is to know the other and this I came to realise through a marvellous experience. From my very early childhood I nurtured a very sweet thought, germinated perhaps due to effect of some Sadhanas done in my previous life, that the protective hand of the mother always kept at bay all dangers in my life. With such a strong belief there in my mind it was but natural for me to be pulled towards the Sadhanas of the Mahavidyas.

My search for true and authentic Sadhanas took me to wild and virtually inaccessible places. I gathered several pearls of precious knowledge chief among which was that the highest accomplishment of a spiritual life is gaining entry into Siddhashram, the divine invisible Himalayan hermitage, that is the abode of various great souls like Vasisht, Atri, Kannad, Pulatsya, Gautam Shankaracharya and Krishna. But access to this place is not so easy and there are only two ways to enter it - either through grace of a Yogi of Siddhashram or by the means of Siddhi of any two of the Ten Mahavidyas.

The day I struct upon this valuable piece of information I decided to devote my whole life to the search of some Yogi who had perfected the Sadhanas of the Ten Divine Mothers. My search took me to Varanasi where I met a lean Sadhu whose face radiated with an ethereal glow. Day-long the Yogi would remain closeted in his hut on the bank of Ganges, coming out only in the morning for a dip in the river.

I was not able to decide how to speak to him for I did not wish to disturb him. But one day gathering courage I entered his hut where I found him seated in Padamasan. I sat downnearby and it was two hours before he opened his eyes.

"Welcome son! I have been waiting for you." His voice was wonderfully mellifluous. Instantly I bowed in his feet. "Come on," he said smiling at me, "you are a brother to me. Why, have you forgotten?"

What he then told me filled me with intense joy. According to him both of us had been disciples of same Guru in our previous lives and we had lived together for several years. It was great to know that I had a Guru, a teacher, a spiritual master. Cheityanyanand, for that was the name of the Yogi, was a Siddh of Mother Kali and noticing my interest in the Mahavidya Sadhanas he revealed some very secret facts related to Kali Sadhana.

After a few days of sojourn with the Siddh of Kali I started off towards Harhwal. Come to think of it now, I am sure that some divine power was directing my feet, for I reached a very ancient temple which stood next to a pond. It was completely empty except for a three foot tall stone idol. Layers of dust on it made it beyond recognition. Curiousity compelled me to clean it and from beaneath the mounds of dirt emerged a beautiful statue of Kali. I was overjoyed by this piece of luck and decided to try the Kali Sadhana gifted to me by Cheitanyanand.

However success was not easy to come. Two months passed and four times, I had to face failure. I sat down for the Sadhana a fifth time, deciding to succeed or leave the place forever if I failed yet again.

It was the final day of Sadhana. No positive result seemed forthcoming, yet there was a hope that something would happen as soon as I recited the Mantra a last time. However the hope was dashed once again as abject failure greeted me in the end. In desperation I got up and rushed out of the temple cursing Cheitanyanand for giving me a useless Mantra, cursing myself for having undertaken such a foolish venture, cursing the Mother for teasing Her child, and above all cursing the Guru who should been there guiding me.

"Where are you?" I cried out loud but the only answe I got was my echo which resounded in the still night.

It was then that something in me went berserk. I ran inside and picked up the idol of Goddess. Rushing outside I threw it into the pond. All I expected was a large splash, instead there was a loud explosion and blinding light. From it emerged a feminine form and as I watched with bated breath the same figure which had been the idol came to life.

It was the Mother, the Goddess Kali, her divine form hovering over the water surface. The explosions and fireworks continued even as one by one other forms of the Goddess emerged from the image of Kali, till the Ten Mahavidyas had manifested in full ethereal glory.

For two months I had been trying to summon the Mother and I had failed. And when I had become desperate the Ma Kali had suddenly let flow her compassion and instead of just one for She had made all Ten Divine Forms appear. I was completely overwhelmed by this sudden shower of grace and tears flowed out of my eyes. It was all the work of my Guru, I know, and now I yearned to see him.

Even as this thought flashed in my mind there was yet another explosion. Above the Ten Goddesses a bluish-white globe of divine light had appeared. It seemed to pull all the ten forms towards itself and as I watched in surprise one by one the Mahavidya merged into the coruscating sphere and then the mass of light started to grow in size and expand till it had assumed a human form. There was another flash and a divine Yogi stood before me. He has large beautiful eyes, a bright forehead, huge chest, strong arms, long flowing tresses and a tall, fair complexioned physique.

Then out of nowhere in particular the following verse started to echo.

Brahmaand Swaroopayam Nikhilah Nikhileshwaraha
Taneiev Samanupeetaah Va Dashavidyaa Sukeertitaa

"O Mahayogi Nikhileshwar Paramahans, the whole universe resides in your supreme form. Even the Ten Mahavidyas are a part of your being."

As I heard these words another voice rang clear inside - "This is your Guru, the heart and soul of Siddhashram, Paramahans Swami Nikhileshwaranand, whom even Gods yearn to see."

Tears filled my eyes and perhaps having read my mind he walked over the surface of the pond to where I stood. The next moment I was in his feet, crying my heart out. And then his fingers touched my spinal cord, sending waver wave of spiritual ecstasy flowing through my body.

Caressing my head he pulled me up and said, "Why do you cry, son? You wished to attain in Mahavidya Sadhanas. Are you happy now?"

What wonderful moments of my life were those! I had been dying to have glimpse of the Divine Mother and there I was standing before my Gurudev who carried all the Ten Forms of the Mother hidden in his own form.

My joy knew no bounds and my tears seemed unstoppable. Gurudev gently led me inside and asked to sit in Padamasan. As I did so, I felt his thumb come and rest on my Third Eye. Again there was a flash and then all became still. My body grew lighter and I quietly slipped deep into Samadhi.

When I finally emerged from the state of trance, the sun rays were playfully dancing on the surface of the pond outside. I felt greatly uplifted remembering the past night's experiences. More than all that I was delighted to have met my spiritual mentor who assimilated the essence of all the Divine Mothers in his Self. And in that wonderful state of divine ecstasy I could hear my heart sing out.

God is at the window

There was a little boy visiting his grandparents on their farm. He was given a slingshot to play with out in the woods. He Practiced in the woods, but he could never hit the target. Getting A little discouraged, he headed back for dinner. As he was Walking back he saw Grandma's pet duck.

Just out of impulse, he let the slingshot fly, hit the duck Square in the head, and killed it. He was shocked and grieved.

In a panic, he hid the dead duck in the wood pile, only to see His sister watching! Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing.

After lunch the next day Grandma said, "Sally, let's wash the Dishes." But Sally said, "Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in The kitchen." Then she whispered to him, "Remember the duck?" So Johnny did the dishes.

Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go Fishing and Grandma said, "I'm sorry but I need Sally to help make Supper."

Sally just smiled and said," Well that's all right because Johnny told Me he wanted to help." She whispered again, "Remember the duck?" So Sally Went fishing and Johnny stayed to help.

After several days of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally's, He finally couldn't stand it any longer. He came to Grandma and confessed that he had killed the duck.

Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug, and said, "Sweetheart, I know. You see, I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing, but because I love you, I forgave you. I was just wondering how long You would let Sally make a slave of you."

Morale of the story

Whatever is in your past, whatever you have done... And the devil Keeps throwing it up in your face (lying, cheating, debt, fear, bad Habits, hatred, anger, bitterness, etc.) ....whatever it is....You need to know that God was standing at the window and He saw the whole thing..... He has seen your whole life.

He wants you to know that He loves you and that you are forgiven. He's just wondering how long you will let the devil make a slave Of you.

The great thing about God is that when you ask for forgiveness, He Not only forgives you, but He forgets . It is by God's grace and Mercy that we are saved.
